At its stand in 2023, the plant will present samples of serial models that have been run-in by time, and, of course, will please customers with a novelty: a duct fan in a rectangular housing with two subdiagonal wheels.
In total, there are eight standard sizes in the SABDI duct line with air capacity from 500 m3/h to 14 000 m3/h.
The main advantage of the development is the rigid tube fan design, which has low weight and reduced vibration.
The subdiagonal aluminum wheel made by the method of robotic laser welding makes it possible to noticeably improve aerodynamic characteristics.
The sum of the listed properties makes it possible for the fan to work with a reduced noise level.
BHB SYSTEM equipment supplies have a wide geography and extend to almost all regions of Russia, starting from St. Petersburg and ending with the most remote, such as Yakutia.
The range of equipment produced by the plant is constantly being improved and continues to expand, meeting all the basic requirements of the HVAC market.

BHB SYSTEM is a specialized ventilation plant. The main activity is the development and production of general industrial ventilation and smoke exhaust ventilation systems. The products of the plant are manufactured on the basis of the developments of the design-engineering department using the experience of the world's leading enterprises of the climatic industry.
Quality of manufactured products is largely achieved due to the experience of leading specialists of the plant who passed training at the sites of best domestic and world manufacturers of HVAC systems and also due to the use of modern machinery park. All the fans produced by the plant have proven aerodynamic characteristics. Impellers of our own production undergo obligatory dynamic balancing on modern balancing machines.
Quality control is carried out at two points of the production cycle: at the production stage and when the finished product is released. One of the main priorities in the manufacture of products, we put the provision of equipment reliability, using the world's advanced energy-saving technologies, including measures to preserve the environment.
Ventilation equipment made by our plant is included in catalogs of large manufacturers of ventilation equipment who do not produce their own smoke exhaust systems.
Our fans, especially smoke-removal fans, are well known to many design organizations and technical services of enterprises, both when designing new facilities and during reconstruction of buildings and structures, including secondary schools and residential houses built by type and exclusive projects, enterprises of chemical, oil and gas, power, machine building, food, pharmaceutical, light, woodworking and other industries.
