HNRC is a modern and welcoming facility dedicated to the rehabilitation and recovery of individuals with neurological conditions. The centre offers a supportive and safe environment for healing. HNRC serves individuals whose lives have been affected by brain or spinal cord injuries, stroke, multiple sclerosis, or other disorders of the nervous system. Children with developmental issues or neurological disorders also receive care here.
Haapsalu Castle Museum, Haapsalu Old Town Hall, Railway and Communications Museum, and Ilon´s Wonderland are open for free visits to all participants throughout the day.
