Abstract Submission

Please submit your abstract by completing the online submission form on this page by 20 February 2026.

All participants are expected to contribute to the symposium with either an oral presentation (talk) or a poster. Abstracts must be submitted in a structured format with the sections Background, Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusions, and include up to 4 keywords. All submissions will undergo evaluation, and authors will be notified after the review process. Upon abstract acceptance, participants will be able to request an invoice.

Please note that registration will be finalized only once the registration fee has been received.
