Printer maintenance technician

The job involves the maintenance, repair and installation of printers at customer sites. The workplace is located in Tallinn, with occasional assignments throughout Estonia.

How and where does the work take place? Our customers make maintenance challenges or our job manager schedules regular maintenance on printers. The maintenance technician then receives a work order from the program. Today's tools allow printers to be monitored and often minor problems can be solved by phone, FaceTime etc. but most of the time the technician drives to the customer's site in a work van and fixes the printer (sometimes this fails, in which case experienced colleagues and manufacturer support will help). Printers are also brought to the workshop for repair and then have to be fixed in the workshop. It's a varied job, with lots of customers and a lot of roaming around, and if solving technical problems is stressful, this is the job for you. A lot depends on your attitude - if customers are happy with the service, they'll keep coming back to us. Development in the company? Assignments are based on ability, training and experience. Small printers and simple bugs in the beginning, room-sized printers and complex bugs after years :)
