SEWING JOB

• The Sewing Department is the largest department in our factory, employing over 100 seamstresses.
• The job of a seamstress is to sew mattress covers on universal, overlock, keeder and carrier machines.
• You will have the opportunity to rotate and learn how to work on different sewing machines.
• Previous sewing experience in mass production would be an advantage.
• The training will take place in a special classroom in the sewing department, where new recruits will be trained by teachers with extensive sewing experience, and will continue to be supported and assisted after the training period.
• During the training period, students will receive a fixed hourly rate of €6.60 per hour.
• After the training period, you will be paid on a piece-rate basis, with the sewers earning between €950 and €1400.
• Each new seamstress will be provided with individual tools such as scissors, tape measures, tweezers and safety goggles.
