HR factory is a human resource management company that has been operating in Estonia for over 15 years. We offer flexible HR services to companies of different sizes and needs. Our international team of HR experts has approximately 100 members. In Estonia, we have a team of over 20 experienced professionals who believe that being a human resources expert is their true calling. We have branches in Munich, Köln, Vilnius, Kaunas and Tallinn, but we serve clients all over Europe and beyond.

As our Learning&Development Specialist

• You will manage efficient communication between our international clients, coaching team and the participants
• You are responsible for administrating our learning platforms and supporting the participants in questions around online trainings
• You communicate in German and English and use mainly e-mail and telephone as communication channels

We expect very good German and English language skills both spoken and written and excellent communication skills. You are customer-oriented and can prevent and solve problems. Previous work experience in the field of training or customer support will be an advantage.

We offer flexibility in working hours and the possibility of a home office. Our working relationships are based on trust and independence.

Our office is located in Tallinn, but we are looking for applicants all over Estonia!
