JTK Power Estonia specialises in manufacturing demanding steel structures. Our customers include leading global companies in the mining, paper, forest, energy and marine industries, as well as the logistics and transport sector, which is why our products have to be extremely durable and work flawlessly. We are more than happy to help you find the smartest way to manufacture your product – after all, we have almost 30 years of experience in manufacturing steel structures using various technologies. Our manufacturing processes include, for example, welding, cutting, machining, surface treatment and mechanical assembly.
Our products often consist of many parts, which must all work flawlessly even in extreme conditions. Our products are used in freezing cold mines, ports with salty maritime climates and humid rainforests. In circumstances like these, every single part contributes to the durability of the product.
We have modern plant and equipment as well as a production area where we can handle pieces weighing up to 40 tonnes. This allows us to manufacture also very large products at our factory. We manufacture, for example, fork-lift truck chassis and masts, electric generator frameworks and chassis for excavators and earth-moving machines. As well as being competitive, our products meet the strictest quality standards. We comply with the relevant quality certificates, and our own quality department monitors our internal quality assurance.
