Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received on or before 11 September 2026
A full refund will be issued, minus a 20 EUR administrative fee.
Cancellations received between 12 -30 September 2026
A 50% refund will be issued.
Cancellations received on or after 1 October 2026
No refund is possible, however name substitutions (changing the attending delegate) are permitted free of charge until 7 October 2026.
