How to Register:

- Accommodation is booked separately. Special room rates are available to registered conference participants through the conference website.
Cost:
- Early: Member CHF 680 | Non-Member CHF 830 | Retired CHF 600
- Regular: Member CHF 800 | Non-Member CHF 900 | Retired CHF 700
- Early Group: Member CHF 675 | Non-Member CHF 795
Group Booking:
- Each group consists of exactly 10 participants
- One main payer collects all 10 participants’ information and completes the registration and payment in one booking.
Conference registration fees include all lectures and workshops, coffee, tea and refreshments, and the Opening Reception. For Teaching Members, registration also includes the preconference Teaching Members’ Workshop.
Breakfast is included for participants staying at The Anvaya Beach Resort.
A celebratory Gala Dinner will be offered for an additional fee:
- Attendee: CHF 95 | Guest(s): CHF 105
Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses and hotel accommodations. Lunch and dinner are not included in the registration fee; however, a variety of dining options are available at the hotel and nearby.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations of Congress Registration received in writing:
- Until May 1, 2027 will result in a full refund, less a CHF 150 administration fee.
- Until June 30, 2027 will result in a partial refund of 50% of fees paid.
- After June 30, 2027, registration fees are non-refundable.
Attention!
- Congress registration and hotel accommodation are separate bookings and must be cancelled separately.
- Congress and hotel cancellation policies may differ.
