Accomodation:

• Accommodation is booked separately. Special room rates are available to registered conference participants through the conference website.
• Participants are responsible for their own travel expenses and hotel accommodations.

Group Booking:

• Each group consists of exactly 10 participants 
• One main payer collects all 10 participants’ information and completes the registration and payment in one booking.

Registration Form

• Conference registration fees include all lectures and workshops, coffee, tea and refreshments, and the Opening Reception.
• For Teaching Members, registration also includes the preconference Teaching Members’ Workshop.
• Breakfast is included for participants staying at The Anvaya Beach Resort.
• Lunch and dinner are not included in the registration fee; however, a variety of dining options are available at the hotel and nearby.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations of Congress Registration received in writing:

• Until May 1, 2027 will result in a full refund, less a CHF 150 administration fee.
• Until June 30, 2027 will result in a partial refund of 50% of fees paid.
• After June 30, 2027, registration fees are non-refundable.
